Pine River Library wants to help New Year’s resolution-makers be among the 8% who succeed by hosting Habit Helpers, a four-week class aimed at providing participants with the tools to help people stick with their goals.
Classes will be held from 6 to 7 p.m. Wednesdays from Jan. 15 and to Feb. 5 at the library, 395 Bayfield Center Drive.
The class will be taught by Nicole Clark, family and consumer science agent with the CSU Extension Office of La Plata County.
