Coldwell Banker forms partnership

Coldwell Banker Heritage House of Durango has formed a partnership with Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties, which operates in Grand Junction, Vail, Telluride, Steamboat Springs and Montrose, to augment services for its agents and clients.

The partnership should provide some economies of scales to more affordably create pamphlets, magazines and other marketing material, said owner-broker Gina Piccoli.

In addition, agents will be able to share information among markets. Some clients occasionally are interested in the area in general, and this will allow easier communication about available properties across different markets, Piccoli said.

“In our ever-changing industry, the only way to continue offering more value to our agents and superior service to our clients is to be proactive in implementing and utilizing the latest technology available,” Piccoli said.

Besides servicing five markets in Colorado, Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties also operates in Sun Valley, Idaho, and Boseman, Montana.
