Colorado Building Farmers goes virtual

The Colorado Building Farmers program will present the Principles of Business Planning and Management virtual short course though Colorado State University Extension on Thursday nights from Dec. 3 to Feb. 4.

Over eight weeks, participants will explore how to build a farm business, plan for new markets, improve their record keeping and financial analysis skills and manage risks in crop and livestock enterprises.

CBF will integrate face-to-face learning, farmers teaching farmers, small group discussions, core curriculum and business plan presentations into an online format.

Cost is $200 per person.
