Colorado Jaynes is proud to announce it is the lead sponsor of this year's Bayfield High School dance team - the Wolverettes.
"At Jaynes we like to support programs and organizations that our employees and family members are involved in," said Bill Florez, vice president of Colorado Jaynes. "Neil Reese is a superintendent for Jaynes. His daughter, Samantha Reese, is a senior on the dance team. We couldn't be more proud." The $1,000 donation from Jaynes allows the team to buy uniforms, poms, pay for travel expenses and place the Jaynes hook on the Wolverettes state t-shirts, spirit items, and a home game banner, said Lori Nistler, the team's coach.
"We hope fans will connect the dots, and the Jaynes sponsorship encourages girls to consider careers in engineering and math too," said Claire Attkisson, the company's director of business development and marketing. Jaynes is a commercial general contractor serving the Southwest and has been building in Southwest Colorado since 1988.
