The Southwest Colorado Small Business Development Center is offering a free informational open house from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday at First Southwest Bank in Pagosa Springs.
The session will provide an overview of an upcoming Leading Edge Strategic Planning Series on Business Management and Planning. The in-depth, eight-week course will cover the necessary skills for starting, managing or growing your business wisely.
The series will begin on June 5 and run through July 31. It is appropriate for businesses of all kinds, including agricultural businesses and nonprofits.

Sessions will be from 6 to 9 p.m. at First Southwest Bank in Pagosa Springs. This class will be a hybrid format – blending classroom time with online learning. Classroom meeting dates will be June 5, 12, 19, 26 and July 10, 17, 24 and 31.
Rich Lindblad will facilitate the program. The course fee is $300 for the entire course or $50 per session. Scholarships are available.
