Comfort Keepers recently welcomed Martha Poulin to their management team.
Poulin is a professional caregiver, teacher and mentor who works with diverse groups of people to access care, provide education and direction and empower others to do their best and live full, satisfying, productive lives.
Poulin believes people should have the right to experience their lives and grow their talents in an environment where they are cared for, inspired and encouraged.
Poulin is a certified nurse aid, an emergency medical technician, an Eden Associate and a behavioral health technician with training in caring for adults with cognitive delay, physical disabilities, mental health emergencies, family coaching and mentoring, dementia care, hospice and palliative care. She has also worked as a community health worker to assist in health care navigation.
Poulin has lived in the area for 39 years and is married with three children. She enjoys winter sports, camping, hiking and kayaking.
