The La Plata County Board of County Commissioners will hold its third “On the Road” meeting of the summer from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at Animas Valley Elementary School, 373 Hermosa Meadows Road.
The community meetings, which are open to all county residents, provide an opportunity for informal discussion with the BoCC and key staff members (i.e., Community Development, Road and Bridge, Sheriff’s Office, etc.) to discuss issues of interest and concern.
A final meeting will be held 6 to 7:30 p.m. Aug. 27 at Vallecito Lake Event Center, 17252 County Road 501.
