Community Compassion Outreach in Durango is collecting new and used tents, tarps, space blankets, sleeping bags and mats to assist with winter shelter for people experiencing homelessness in the area.
Items may be dropped off at Manna, 1100 Avenida Del Sol, until Nov 8. Let Manna staff know the drop-off is for CCO.
The Adventure Christian Church at 11th Street and East Third Avenue can accept donations from 3 to 6 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays through the alley entrance.
