The Community Health Action Coalition will hold its monthly membership meeting from 8:30 to 10 a.m. Friday in the Eolus Room at the Durango Community Recreation Center, 2700 Main Ave.
Kristin Pulatie with San Juan Basin Public Health will present “Transforming Data into Action: Community Health Assessment and Public Health Improvement Plan.” The meeting is open to the public.
