Community Road Work Conditions for Tuesday, June 18.
Both northbound traffic lanes of Main Avenue, between 13th and 14th streets, will be closed for storm drain repairs beginning today. All northbound traffic will be detoured to East Second Avenue through June 28 while construction crews make repairs. U.S. Highway 160 Eastbound and Colorado Highway 145 in Cortez (Milemarker 40-39).
Through June from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday to Friday there will be one lane alternating traffic possible for paving operations on U.S. Highway 160 and Colorado Highway 145. Delays are possible.
Colorado Highway 172 Eastbound/Westbound near Oxford (Milemarker 21-23).
From 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. today there will be one lane alternating traffic for a chip seal project. Fifteen minute delays are possible.
U.S. 550 Northbound/Southbound between Silverton and Ouray (Milemarker 85-75).
Through June from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday to Friday there will be one lane alternating traffic for two miles at a time for a chip seal project. Fifteen minute delays are possible. The speed limit is reduced to 25 mph through work zone.
