As the world transitions to renewable sources of energy, it is important to keep pace with our local power generation. Efficiency and affordability are rewarded to those who plan ahead with vision, creativity and technical expertise. We have the opportunity to elect a person with this set of skills to District 3 – Ted Compton.
Compton is an engineer, experienced in building large infrastructure projects, involved in conservation and open space programs, and a fifth-generation local. He has the experience and respect to work with fellow board members in guiding La Plata Electric Association to a cleaner future with affordable, reliable power generation.
