Contest week 8: How well do you know Durango’s public art?

Find the statue in town, identify the name of the public art piece and submit your entry below. Each Friday, a winner will be randomly selected from the entrants who correctly named the piece. The Creative Economy Commission will award the winner two passes to the Durango Community Recreation Center or a pre-loaded parking card worth $20.

This week’s clue: With a little wind, this piece goes round and round. Situated with a great view of the river and the Animas River Trail, it was created by Gunner Anderson, and was added to Durango’s Public Art Collection in 2003.
