Councilor Olivier Bosmans’ assertion that the city has budgeted $400,000 to design a bathroom at Schneider Park (Herald, March 12) is factually incorrect.
The citizen-driven Financial Advisory Board has been briefed on this project numerous times. The city has spent a total of $12,345 on this project, and zero is budgeted in 2025.
The city did not budget $400,000 to design a bathroom.
