No injuries in rear-end incident
Traffic backed up for a bit Friday afternoon in the area of Camino del Rio and West 9th Street after a two-car crash. No injuries were reported.
Traffic was slowed on Camino de Rio for about an hour Friday afternoon at West 9th Street after a two-vehicle crash.
A driver of a white Nissan Sentra rear-ended a Toyota 4Runner at about 2:38 p.m.; no injuries were reported.
“All it’s doing is snarling traffic,” said Capt. Justin Wickes of the Durango Fire Protection District.
Northbound traffic near the crash was reduced to one lane while the crash was cleaned up.
