The Demystifying Entrepreneurship workshop on Oct. 11 and 12 is a refresher to recharge innovation and find new growth for existing businesses, while providing a primer for new businesses navigating their way through starting up.
The workshop starts with a brief intro session on Friday, before a public reception, and then continues for a full day on Oct. 12. The public is invited to help kick-off this event from 5:30-8:00 p.m. Friday at the Livery in Norwood.
Telluride Venture Accelerator and the University of Colorado-Boulder Leeds School of Business Deming Center for Entrepreneurship are collaborating to support small businesses in Southwest Colorado. The CU program is a targeted effort to grow rural economies by delivering workshops and providing mentoring to CU partner communities. The Telluride Venture Accelerator and the West End Economic Development Corporation are inviting new and established companies, as well as people with ideas for starting a business to reserve their spot for the Demystifying Entrepreneurship Workshop.
TVA, a program of the Telluride Foundation, is a bootcamp driven accelerator program, which runs four programs throughout the year. This Demystifying Entrepreneurship workshop is an effort to identify and support entrepreneurs in the region.
