Curiouser and curiouser!

“It has a personal connection to me because it’s symbolic of Alice growing up,” said Dean Hewitt, a sixth-grader at Mountain Middle School, on why he chose to paint Alice and the looking glass for his class exhibit celebrating the 150th anniversary of Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland. The exhibit, presented Thursday in the Ballroom of the Fort Lewis College Student Union, featured work from 60 students. Dean is the son of Trevor and Carissa Hewitt.
