The San Juan College Cinematheque Series will kick off its new season with Charlie Chaplin expert Dan Kamin presenting Charlie Chaplin’s “Red Letter Days” at 2 p.m. Sept. 24 in the Connie Gotsch Theatre.

The program will include a rare screening of Chaplin’s blockbuster war comedy “Shoulder Arms,” made while World War I was still raging.

Tickets cost $12 general admission; $10 for seniors, Encore members and military; and $5 for SJS students with student ID.

Tickets will be available online at sanjuancollege.edu/events, at the San Juan College bookstore and in person at the door the afternoon of the performance.
