The Durango Botanic Gardens announces that Darrin Parmenter, one of the founding members of the gardens in 2010, has joined its board.
Parmenter is the Western Region Director for CSU Extension, overseeing 15 counties across Colorado’s Western Slope. For more than 15 years, he was the La Plata County director and horticulturist.
