By Friday afternoon, the Durango High School track and field team already had started collecting precious medals of multiple colors.
The Demons also collected a few school records Day 1 of the CHSAA Class 4A Track and Field State Championships on Thursday in Lakewood from their boys 4x800-meter relay team and triple jumper Gabi Razma.
