Durango Daybreak Rotary meets from 7 to 8 a.m. Wednesday in the Eolus Room at the Durango Recreation Center, 2700 Main Ave.
This week’s featured speaker will be Gage Sippy, a high school mountain biking champion, who will speak about his adventures in cycling.
Daybreak Rotary works on projects that include helping deliver wood to people in need and installing solar lights on the Navajo reservation. The group also helps La Plata County youths and volunteers with Manna and more.
The public is welcome.
