For all oil and gas operators, the deadline to file the Oil and Gas Real and Personal Property Declaration Schedule is April 15.
As required by Section 39-7-101 (2), C.R.S., if the owner or operator fails to deliver, or fails to file the declaration schedule on time, a late filing penalty will be imposed for each calendar day that the declaration has not been received.
