Kathleen Hyne will give the presentation “Defending the Constitution in the Era of Trump” from 11 a.m. to noon Wednesday at the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Durango, 419 San Juan Drive. The topic will include a brief history of the ACLU and a focus on citizen engagement to secure democracy.
Hyne has a Ph.D. in sociology from the University of Denver and has held a faculty position at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. She has pursued her own research business for over two decades.
