Why are we not calling for accountability of the facts leading up to the war in Iraq?
This act that resulted in 250,000 deaths, nearly 5,000 U.S. soldiers killed, near economic collapse and a global instability that remains today requires more than silence and acceptance. The recent British inquiry underlines the need for truth
It cannot be said that getting to the bottom of the George W. Bush administration’s (Dick Cheney, Condoleezza Rice, Donald Rumsfeld) honesty in conveying the “facts” to Congress and the public does not merit a full investigation.
This is not a liberal vs. conservative issue; it a moral imperative and necessary to assure this won’t happen again. A wise man once said, “an eye for an eye makes the whole world blind.”
Demand the truth. Write your congressman.
