Are you tired of politics as usual?
Do you wonder if all politicians are the same?
Do you just want to grab your bike and your dog and go wander in the high mountains?
Keep this in mind: All the Democratic candidates, from top to bottom, want to make sure our beautiful public lands stay in public hands.
None of the Republicans do: From Trump to J. Paul Brown and Lyle McKnight, they believe that public lands should be managed locally, a la Cliven Bundy. Or sold to the nearest bidder, like Red McCombs of Wolf Creek.
Vote for Democrats, if only so we can go enjoy our wide open public spaces.
