Dems trying to do away with voter options

Democrats in the General Assembly are introducing legislation to require all Coloradans to vote by mail. They are restricting voters’ secure and responsible options on how to vote. This legislation will hurt voter turnout in Colorado, which is the last thing we want to do. Colorado was one of the few states to see voter turnout increase in 2012 where more than 1 million voters opted to vote early or on Election Day – options that will be eliminated with under the Democrats’ proposed legislation.

This is just the latest example of Democrats, who think they know better, taking away choices and opportunities from Coloradans. If you like the ability to vote at a polling location, either early or on Election Day, call Gov. John Hickenlooper and your state legislator and ask them to support maintaining every option to vote.
