Talk of mints has us thinking about Thin Mints. It’s that time of year again when Girl Scouts locally and nationally are selling cookies to raise funds for their local troops. All cookie proceeds stay local and support leadership and youth development programs in STEM, outdoor activities, camps, scholarships, volunteer training and community service projects.
