DHS graduate named Colorado-section president at American Society of Civil Engineers

Durango High School graduate and civil design engineer at Galloway and Company, Sean Franklin, was recently named and installed as president of the American Society of Civil Engineers Colorado section.

Franklin graduated from Durango High School in 2009 and received a civil engineering degree from Colorado State University in 2013.
