Dr. Cecile Fraley, pediatrician and CEO at Pediatric Partners of the Southwest, was recognized by the American Academy of Pediatrics with a Special Achievement Award for service to Colorado children and youths.
Fraley served on the state’s Academy of Pediatrics board, as well as the State Medical Service Board for Colorado's Health Care Finance and Policy.
