Could it be that Rep. Scott Tipton, R-Cortez, is attacking the moratorium on coal leases because he receives contributions from Arch Coal, Coal PAC, Koch Industries and Peabody Energy, among others? Could it be that if he doesn’t fight on their behalf, he will lose their support?

Could it be that is what he really cares about? He obviously doesn’t care about pollution and the environment.
