Matt Thorpe, left, and Stephanie Schuler of Colorado Parks and Wildlife douse a fawn with water in order to free it Saturday afternoon from a fence at the Smiley Building. Lindsay Stonecash and Marti Bauer said they were walking by when they saw the stuck fawn and called 911 after a failed attempt to free it. The fawn appeared uninjured after the half-hour ordeal and was reunited with its mother.
