How much would you pay for fourth-row tickets to see Adele at Radio City Music Hall? The 27-year-old, appearing on stage for the first time in years and on the eve of dropping her much-anticipated CD “25,” was the hottest show in the Big Apple on Nov. 17.
The tickets, along with airfare and lodging, were free for Durangoan Annie Phenix and her husband, Jeff Hebert, after they won a contest on Sirius Radio. They wrote 25 words on what the singer means to them.
The concert was incredible, Phenix said, and “The Donald (Trump) was seated way in the back of the house.”
Guess that proves being a billionaire and a leading Republican presidential candidate doesn’t guarantee the best seats.
Other celebrities in attendance included Jimmy Fallon, who introduced the singer, Tina Fey, Amy Poehler, Daniel Day Lewis, Bradley Cooper and Jennifer Lawrence.
The show will air Dec. 14 on NBC.
