Have you heard about Colorado Senate Bill 42?
First let me give you the definition of moron. 1. A very stupid person: they were acting like a bunch of morons. Sounds like some of our politicians.
A Colorado political party in our state led by Sen. Foote decided to propose SB 42. If this gets passed, we (the people) will no longer have our vote count for presidential elections! The electoral college, which was established by the constitution, decides the outcome of the presidential elections. Not good enough for Foote!
The person with the highest national votes will get the Colorado electoral college votes. Not the Colorado voters. He claims the system is "outdated." I think he is a moron.
So, come next election time make sure you find out which morons voted for this bill and make sure the other candidate gets your vote, no matter which party he or she is in. Foote should have said that our two party system is outdated and should be abolished.
