I understand that Richard “Dean” Hill is running for the Durango School District 9-R board. Wow! In my opinion, the absolute worst thing that could occur would be for the voters of Durango to support him.
Drink some coffee, look at the mountains, then vote “no” in the loudest voice possible. Vote “no” on Dean Hill for the Durango school board.
