A kickoff event and silent auction for the 21st annual Durango Dos Mosca (Durango Two Fly) fly-fishing contest will be held from 5 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 3, at the Crossroads building, 1099 Main Ave.
Proceeds from the silent auction will benefit Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southwest Colorado. Beverages and food from Zia Taqueria will be provided.
Reservations must be made by Tuesday, Aug. 1.
