Traffic lane closures will be in effect through Friday on College Drive between Second and Fourth streets while Atmos Energy upgrades natural gas pipelines and the city of Durango conducts road improvements.
Drivers, cyclists and pedestrians can expect delays and should be cautious and follow construction signs and instructions from work crews.
