The La Plata County Living With Wildlife Advisory Board reminds drivers to slow down and watch for deer currently migrating across area highways, especially during dawn and dusk hours.
The migration period is usually the last weeks of October into early November, but drivers are cautioned to be aware of wildlife all though fall and winter months.
