I see that you have been editorializing about the disgraceful droners who interfered with the fire-fighting effort on the Lightner Creek fire (Herald, July 5).
You know, we’re not the only community that has that trouble with droners; they are everywhere. You say, “lock them up.” I say to them, Droners, if you want a real, close look at a wildfire please volunteer to be a firefighter. If you prove worthy, you will get your time on the line and you won’t need to (upset) everybody to do it.
Indeed, we would all be grateful.
