Bayfield's 'Mr. U,' Lech Usinowicz, leads the Be Frank drum group during Frank 'n Stein on Halloween. The third annual fundraiser featured beer and hotdogs sales from Bottom Shelf Brewery, as well as musical performances from orchestra and drum groups that are sponsored by the Be Frank Foundation.
