The Durango Police Department has announced the recent graduation of Cmdr. Jacob Dunlop from the School of Police Staff and Command at Northwestern University.
Dunlop has successfully completed the 22 week Staff and Command program held June 6 to Nov. 6 in Evanston, Illinois. This program, which was implemented by the Center for Public Safety in 1983, has graduated more than 30,000 students both nationally and internationally.
Dunlop was a student in SPSC Class No. 526, which accommodated a total of 19 students.
