The Durango Adult Education Center will host the Spellebration event from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Jan. 29 at Henry Strater Theatre, 699 Main Ave.
The center is looking for teams of three people to compete in this adult spelling bee.
This is an annual fundraiser for the Durango Adult Education Center. Twelve teams of three compete in a not-so-serious spelling bee contest to vie for the coveted title of “Out of this World Spelling Champions.” Teams are encouraged to wear their best Snowdown Rockin’ costumes. Prizes will be awarded.
The cost is $250 per team and is tax deductible.
