A basket-making workshop with Karen Aldrich will be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at Durango Arts Center, 802 East Second Ave.
Students will weave natural flat reed, learn how to overlay with oilcloth and finish baskets with black coir, waxed linen and ribbons for hanging.
The workshop is open to all skill levels and costs $10 for materials.
