On Aug 10, HomesFund purchased the entire second floor of the Colorado Heritage Building, 150 E. Ninth St. HomesFund will occupy the main office suite, unit 207, and lease the seven additional offices on the second floor.

The purchase of the new office was prompted by the hiring of an additional staff member, bringing the HomesFund staff from five to six people.

HomesFund’s business hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday.
