The steering committee of the Durango Creative District would like to thank everyone who attended the Community Concert in the Rochester Hotel’s Secret Garden on July 3. It was a perfect summer evening with over 170 attendees who came to support the Concert Series, the Creative District and the Six Dollar String Band.
We would like to extend our sincerest gratitude to the Community Foundation Serving Southwest Colorado for their efforts in serving the local community and for choosing the Durango Creative District as one of 10 nonprofit beneficiaries of the Concert Series.
We are thankful to the Rochester Hotel for hosting us in their lovely venue and for helping create the refreshing “Artsy Fartsy” cocktail with Tito’s Handmade Vodka. Finally, we would like to thank Four Corners Community Bank for sponsoring the event.
We appreciate the community’s generosity, and we are looking forward to a full summer showcasing local talent for a great cause.
