The Durango Dharma Center, 1800 East Third Ave., will offer an introduction to the basics of mindfulness meditation beginning June 18.
The four-week class will meet from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesdays and include talks, discussions, guided meditations and homework.
The class is open to new as well as experienced meditators looking for a refresher.
