A five-class beginning insight meditation series will be held from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesdays, starting Feb. 27, at Durango Dharma Center, 1800 East Third Ave.
Insight meditation is a simple technique that develops awareness.
The class is open to all experience levels.
The cost is $20, with a $10-$20 suggested donation to the teacher.
