An introduction to mindfulness course will be offered from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesdays, Sept. 19 through Oct. 17, at Durango Dharma Center, 1800 East Third Ave., Suite 109.
Dharma Center meditation leader Bill Ball will teach participants the basics of mindfulness and meditation during the course, which will include talks, discussions, guided meditations and homework.
The five-week course is open to all.
