Durango Elks Lodge announced the Elks National Foundation 2019 “Most Valuable Student Scholarship Competition” opened Wednesday.
Applications from high school seniors who are U.S. citizens will be accepted before the Nov. 15 deadline.
Applicants not selected for an ENF scholarship may still be eligible for a 2019 Durango Elks Lodge local scholarship.
