Revelers can take in the annual New Year’s Eve Fireworks and Torchlight Parade from 6 to 7 p.m., Wednesday at Purgatory Resort, 1 Skier Place. The evening begins with a torchlit skiing parade as ski instructors and mountain patrol descend to the base area carrying torches. A fireworks show follows to close out the celebration.
