Lee is certified in both mindfulness and mindful self-compassion. The course is titled “Balancing the Life.” This experiential program has been made with practices based on research data and evidence linking these techniques to lessen anxiety, stress and depression. The class will be held every Wednesday from March 22 to April 26.

“Balancing the Life” provides participants with the opportunity to explore one’s typical and habitual responses to the difficulties of life and to cultivate resources in order to become a warm and supportive friend to oneself.
