Like it or not, we’re in the home stretch for Christmas. And if the thought of having to come up with another meal before the big day fills you with dread, The Hive and In The Weeds have you covered for at least one of those – and you can help support local families in need while you’re at it with their Heartwarming Soup Sale. In partnership with Lola’s Cafe and The Soup Palette, the two nonprofits host a local guest chef who cooks up fresh soup every other week to sell for a $10 minimum donation per quart. From 5 to 6:30 p.m. Thursday, swing by 725 East Second Ave. and grab some soup. For more information, visit https://bit.ly/3yOC3l9.
